The customer support is fantastic, and this co2 inflator has been my go-to since I got my first one back in 2012. I've had a few hiccups with the seal now and then, but honestly, the pump performs so well that it's totally worth it.

I really wish all companies were this straightforward to deal with and backed their products like Genuine Innovations does. I've been using their inflation system since they started up, and they consistently support their product. Hats off to them!

I was on the hunt for replacements for my old non-treaded CO holder. I really wanted to stick with my holder because it fits inside nicely, keeping your hand safe from the chilly temps those cartridges can generate. Looks like the local bike shops have stopped carrying non-treaded options these days.

I had an old Superflate, probably around 10 years old, that used 12 gram non-threaded CO2 cartridges. It worked like a charm for a long time. Eventually, it stopped functioning, so the next day I reached out to Genuine Innovations. They sent me a new model that uses 20 gram non-threaded cartridges. I received the replacement in about a week after I got in touch with them. Their customer service is fantastic. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Genuine Innovations; their products have given me years of dependable service, and the company truly backs what they sell. Thanks a lot!

I've been using their gear for quite a while now, especially the CO2 inflators. They're compact, dependable, and fit just about anywhere. I either stash them in small seat bags or toss 'em in my back jersey pockets. Right now, I'm using the Air Chuck Elite for my road biking adventures. I've relied on it countless times, far from home, and it has never let me down. The inner ring did start to loosen and eventually popped out, but I reached out to GI, and they sent me a brand new Chuck Elite. How cool is that?

After 15 years, my CO2 inflator started to leak! I reached out via email about my lifetime warranty and got a replacement along with CO2 cartridges, no fuss at all. Now, I've got three inflators from Genuine Innovations and I’m sticking with their stuff. Awesome company and great products.

I've never encountered an issue with any of the Genuine Innovations products. The bacon plugs function perfectly, the air chucks do their job, and the CO2 cartridges are reliable. Everything just operates as it should. It works so well that I often help folks with flat tires while out on the trail, which means I keep having to restock on those bacon plugs!

Just picked up a mountain bike and required an inflator to pair with it. I went for the latest model of the inflator I've been using on my road bike for more than 15 years, and it really lived up to my hopes. Sure, it might weigh a tad more, but the simple trigger mechanism works like a charm every single time. Recently, I had to lend a hand to another cyclist who had a flat... their inflator was burning through CO2 pretty fast, but my GI inflator got the job done right away... super dependable.

Top-notch warranty support! After a few years of using one of Genuine Innovations' CO2 inflators, I found it had a flaw. I typically don’t hand out 5-star ratings since there’s always room for improvement, but truthfully, I can’t think of anything that could’ve been better this time. I had an issue where I couldn’t unscrew the head of my inflater. Karyn got back to me right away and sent a replacement (plus mentioned they come with a lifetime warranty). Two solid reasons to keep coming back for more!
